Council Nominating Committee Update
A new year means seeking our next Everett PTSA Council leadership team for the 2026-2027 academic year. Finding nominees now will enable our current officers time to mentor incoming officers.
The Executive Committee (elected) positions are President, Vice President of Membership, Secretary, and Treasurer. Note that positions (except for Treasurer) can be shared.
Criteria required for Nominees to be considered for any elected position (per WSPTA Uniform Bylaws and Everett PTSA Council Standing Rules):
*At least 18 years of age
*Current member of a local PTA in the Everett PTSA Council for at least 30 days preceding the election to office (May 6, 2026)
*Served at least one term on a local PTA board of directors in the Everett PTSA Council
Our Council will also have other great opportunities available for next term, too! If YOU or another PTA leader you know are interested in joining Council for the 2026-2027 term, or if you are interested in knowing more about the positions or the Council, please contact the Nominating Committee by April 10th, 2025!

Everett PTSA Council would like to thank our membership for electing Nominating Committee members Lesa Cowley, Alisha Crawley-Davis, and Craig Willis during the membership meeting on January 7th, 2026. The nominating committee is a committee of volunteers who will identify and nominate eligible candidates for Everett PTSA Council for the 2026-2027 academic year.
